Thousands of Google AdSense members have their AdSense account canceled due to whim and fancy of Google automated anti-fraud system, even though there is no justification to terminate their account. Almost all of them would just gave up as Google AdSense Terms of Services stated that Google can terminate your account for any reason. But not for no reason. However, in most cases, Google will give no reason for the account termination.

This prompted Aaron Greenspan, the founder of Think Computer Corporation who also got his Google AdSense account terminated for no reason, to sue Google and surprisingly he won the lawsuit. Again during the lawsuit proceeding, Google bank on their TOS of "any reason" but gave no reason. The judge didn't buy it, so Aaron won the case and got his money back.
